We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, please contact us at LunaLuxeHealth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, and a return may not be required.
Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
